Research Leaders Meeting | Rencontre des responsables de la recherche

The purpose of these events, are to provide a forum where business schools research leaders, from schools across Canada, can discuss topics of mutual concern, share ideas and exchange perspectives.

The meeting is open to faculty members who serve as Associate Deans of Research, or equivalent Research Leaders, in BSAC member schools. Deans and Directors are also welcome.

There is no charge but participants must register to receive connection information.

Agenda

How can a research leader work to  soften the traditional thick, hard shell of research excellence and include other types of excellence to meet the major challenges of today's world while satisfying the expectations and requirements of funding and accreditation bodies?

The example of work done at FSA - ULaval  on the following will be presented:

• Expand the Faculty List of Journals to which researchers are encouraged to submit
• Expand and enhance the Faculty Research Support Program
• Expand the Faculty Recognition of Research Excellence Program
