The ideal candidate will bring a background of successful strategic academic leadership, a deep commitment to the principles of equity and diversity, and a proven record of promoting inclusive excellence in all its forms. A relationship builder and a champion of lifelong learning, the Dean will meaningfully engage students, staff, faculty, government, the business community and other constituents in ensuring SFU Beedie continues to offer leading-edge, transformative learning opportunities that develop globally minded leaders who are ready for the world. The next Dean will have a research and teaching record consistent with appointment as a Full Professor at SFU in the Beedie School.

In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $300,000-$370,000 per year.
